Creator Manager (J281)

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Creator Manager to join our fast-growing, remote-first startup. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for managing content creators or models—whether from agency experience or your own operations. Your focus will be on ensuring accountability, maximising performance, and driving results through structured creator strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage creators with structure, authority, and professionalism

• Motivate and support creators to consistently hit content and revenue goals

• Enforce accountability and drive high performance

• Act as the communication link between creators and internal teams

• Implement structured content strategies that drive engagement and revenue

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing creators, models, or influencers

• Proven track record of delivering performance-driven results

• Comfortable managing personalities and enforcing structure

• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
