Requirements
- Experience in the same or similar role for 2-4 years;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with unique and fresh approach strategies for new Advertisers;
- Experience with target payment models such as CPM and Flat Deals.
- Out of the box thinking is a must;
- Strong problem solving skills and independence;
- Fluent in English;
- Existing contact network of direct advertisers;
- Working experience with Ad-Server platforms;
- Good understanding of Ad-formats and their average market values;
