We’re looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to lead the growth of our global affiliate network. In this role, you'll build strong partner relationships, launch and optimise campaigns, and drive performance through strategic affiliate marketing.
You’ll work closely with our growth, content, and design teams, and take ownership of key metrics like customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on investment (ROI), and lifetime value (LTV).

Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners
Plan and launch affiliate campaigns across multiple geos and verticals
Monitor and optimise campaign performance (CAC, ROI, LTV)
Collaborate with internal teams on campaign assets and strategy
Drive traffic and revenue through long-term affiliate relationships
Experience in affiliate or partner marketing
Strong understanding of performance metrics and campaign optimisation
Familiarity with tracking tools like RedTrack, Cellxpert, or similar
Proactive, independent, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience in the adult industry
