Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full product lifecycle for AI-driven adult web platforms, including chat
and image generation tools.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor performance, particularly in the NSFW AI
landscape.
• Prioritize and maintain product backlogs in alignment with strategic business goals.
• Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate
requirements into actionable tasks.
• Propose and oversee A/B tests aimed at improving conversion rates, retention, and
profitability.
• Use customer feedback to inform feature development and ongoing product
improvements.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Ensure products comply with legal, billing, and platform-specific regulations.
• Track product performance using AI-specific monitoring tools and dashboards.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Owner with a strong focus on AI
technologies.

Required Experience:
• Deep understanding of software development processes and AI technologies.
• Previous experience as Product Owner for AI-based platforms (ideally in the adult
space).
• 5+ years leading agile scrum teams in product-focused roles.
• Proven experience with marketing and monetization strategies in adult web
environments.

Tools & Processes:
• Agile/Scrum: Daily standups and 2-week sprint cycles.
• Communication & Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Telegram, WhatsApp.
• Project & Design Tools: Jira, Trello, Figma.
• AI/Tech Stack Familiarity:
o Proprietary in-house image model training (datasets, safety, quality tuning).
o OpenRouter: Smart routing between compliant and flexible LLMs.
o Replicate: Scalable image inference.
o Vellum: Prompt orchestration.
o Hellicone: LLM usage analytics and logging.
o HuggingFace: Benchmarking, model tuning, and experimentation.
o Advanced prompt chaining, persona-switching, and fallback logic techniques.
