Our client is looking for a full-time Media Buyer to join in their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in crypto investment and trading, with an emphasis on evaluating and optimizing return on investment (ROI) from various sources.

Identify and assess investment opportunities in the crypto market.

• Develop and implement investment strategies that focus on achieving optimal ROI.

• Analyze investment performance and make decisions based on ROI thresholds.

• Maintain transparency with the team regarding performance metrics and investment strategies.

3+ experience in Media Buying

• Targeting in social media for crypto tranding platforms and investments plaftorms.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI.

• Knowledge of various crypto platforms and networks.

• Ability to make informed investment decisions quickly.

Selection Criteria:

• Candidates will be evaluated based on a specified budget of ex: $3,000.

• Minimum ROI thresholds will guide our evaluation process: o ROI less than > 20%: Candidates will be politely dismissed from consideration. o ROI greater than 35%: Candidates will be considered for immediate employment.

Working Conditions:

• Remote work is available until summer, with the option to relocate to our office in Warsaw afterward.

• GEO traffic knowledge is relevant, as any geographic source is acceptable.
