Our client is hiring a Middle-Level Media Buyer to manage campaigns in the adult and dating verticals. You’ll work with traffic networks, optimize campaigns, and drive ROI.
Trackers: Experience with trackers, preferably Binom (or alternatives like Voluum).
• Campaign Optimization: Proficiency in optimizing campaigns by tracking subid, device, OS, browser, etc. • Experience with Traffic Networks: Strong background in adult and mainstream traffic networks and DSPs. • Email Traffic: Experience with email traffic is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in Ukrainian and advanced English (both written and spoken).
• CPA Networks: Knowledge of working with CPA networks, particularly in the dating industry.
Job Responsibilities
• Affiliate Networks Communication: Communicate with affiliate networks to identify and select the best-performing offers.
• Traffic Networks: Collaborate with traffic networks to test optimal placements.
• Integration: Set up offers, traffic sources, networks, and postbacks.
• Budgeting: Monitor and calculate daily/weekly/monthly budgets for campaigns.
• Campaign Management: Launch new campaigns for testing and optimize existing ones to ensure ROI remains at the desired level.
• Frequent Monitoring: Perform hourly checks to avoid money loss on campaigns. •
Reporting: Submit daily reports to the manager (CEO).
Salary:
• Test Period: 1200/month
• Post-Test Period: 2000/month
• Bonus: Based on Net Profit, with higher percentages based on performance (up to 45% if profits exceed 100K). Compensation Structure
• Test Period Goal: Make 2x the salary in profit during the 3-month test period.
• Post-Test Period Bonus:
Based on Net Profit: o 20% for up to 10K Net Profit o 25% for 10K- 25K o 30% for 25K- 50K o 35% for 50K- 100K 45% for 100K+
