We’re looking for a skilled Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our global affiliate program. You’ll be responsible for building and managing strong affiliate partnerships, driving high-performing campaigns, and supporting overall revenue growth. Recruit, onboard, and manage top-performing affiliates and publishers
Build long-term partnerships that support revenue growth
Negotiate CPA, CPL, and CPS payout models
Provide data-driven performance feedback and insights
Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support offer performance
Conduct fraud checks and maintain campaign integrity
Mentor junior staff and represent the company at global events
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
3+ years of experience in Affiliate or Performance Marketing
Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and CPI models
Familiarity with traffic types and digital performance strategy
Track record of exceeding sales/revenue targets
Skilled negotiator with a strategic mindset
Experience with platforms such as Affise, HasOffers, Cake, or Voluum
Strong Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills
Highly organised, self-motivated, and people-oriented
Proactive leadership style with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
