Drive and optimise affiliate marketing campaigns with a core focus on CPI (Cost Per Install) models, while also working across CPA formats (CPR, CPS, CPT, CPE)
Manage and grow relationships with affiliates and publishers specialising in mobile app user acquisition
Work with both incentivized (e.g. offerwalls, rewards) and non-incentivized traffic sources
Utilise advanced tools including Mobile Measurement Platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and affiliate tracking systems (Affise, Everflow, Swaarm)
Analyse campaign performance data (KPIs, ROI, ROAS) to make data-driven optimisation decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offers with performance goals

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
3+ years of experience in Affiliate or Media Marketing
Strong knowledge of CPI models and other CPA formats (CPR, CPS, CPT, CPE)
Experience working with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular
Hands-on experience with affiliate SaaS tools like Affise, Everflow, or Swaarm
Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution models (CTA, VTA), and campaign optimisation
Proficient in campaign setup, tracking URL configuration, and API/S2S integrations
Comfortable working with raw data reports, macros, and performance dashboards
Familiarity with CTV, OneLinks, Agency Handshakes, and tracking differences (e.g., VTA vs impression-only)
Highly organised, analytical, and a proactive problem-solver
Positive mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
