Requirements

  • Experience managing and engaging online communities

  • In-depth knowledge of India’s digital and social media trends

  • Fluent in English and at least one widely spoken Indian language (e.g. Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, etc.)

  • Strong writing and communication skills for local audiences

  • Experience creating localised content and community campaigns

  • Familiarity with social platforms, community tools, and basic performance metrics

  • Ability to partner with Indian influencers and community leaders
