As a Casino Affiliate Manager, the individual in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with affiliates, optimizing their performance, and driving revenue growth for the network. They will also play a key role in recruiting new affiliates and collaborating with operators to develop campaigns that align with both affiliate and network objectives. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to generate actionable insights to enhance affiliate performance.

Key Responsibilities:

● Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard quality affiliates who align with the company's high standards, especially in key verticals such as iGaming.

● Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with affiliates, providing strategic advice and support to help them achieve optimal performance.

● Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with affiliates to optimize campaigns by analyzing performance metrics, adjusting strategies, and making recommendations to increase traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

● Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rates) to ensure that affiliates meet or exceed network standards and KPIs.

● Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for affiliates, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to help them succeed.

● Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to regulatory and network compliance standards, monitoring for fraudulent activity and taking corrective action as necessary.

● Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and best practices, especially within iGaming and other high-value verticals, to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

● Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Meta and other digital marketing channels is a plus.

● Experience: 3+ years of casino affiliate management experience, preferably in an affiliate network or in the iGaming and vertical.

● Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in performance analysis and using data to drive decision-making and optimization.

● Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with affiliates, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with affiliate management software and platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Cake, Voluum), as well as analytical tools such as Google Analytics.

● Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
