Team-Lead Media Buyer (Nutra FB) J250 (RUSSIAN SPEAKER)

Our client looking for an experienced and creative TeamLead Media Buyer Nutra who specializes in traffic acquisition on Facebook to join they team.

At least 2 years of experience in the Nutra vertical.

• Strong understanding of the Straight Sale funnel and market dynamics, with experience working on products in the weight-loss, blood, men’s enhancement verticals, etc.

• High expertise in working with social traffic sources like Facebook, TikTok, and others.

• Experience in team management or a strong desire to grow into a leadership position, with leadership soft skills.

• Ability to work with analytics and reporting.

• English proficiency is a plus.

• Ability to generate traffic at a scale of $3K+/day.

• Understanding of key elements of an ad combination to achieve ROI of 100% or higher

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the current team, as well as build and develop future team members.

• Traffic acquisition for Nutra vertical.

• Identify, test, and scale successful ad combinations.

• Analyze and optimize traffic acquisition performance.

• Maintain detailed reporting and track team financials.

• Generate high-converting approaches for campaigns.
