» Conducting in-depth research and screening of candidate profiles
based on job requirements.
» Supporting the Recruitment Manager in sourcing candidates for various
open positions.
» Assisting with initial screening calls and candidate communication.
» Maintaining accurate and organized records of candidate data in the r
ecruitment system.
» Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including
scheduling interviews and managing interview logistics.
» Contributing to improving recruitment processes and strategies as needed.
» Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
but not required.
» Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
» Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
» Strong research and analytical abilities.
» Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
» Ability to work well in a team and independently.
» Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
