The CTO will lead the execution & optimization of our IT infrastructure, AI solutions, and automation processes. This role is 70% execution & workflow optimization and 30% strategy & innovation. You will oversee and refine infrastructure, AI automation, data management, and website performance while supporting our Content & SEO teams.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert, ensuring that no one in the company can mislead them on technical aspects. A background in full-stack development is preferred, with extensive experience in automation, infrastructure management, and website performance optimization.

• Infrastructure & Workflow Optimization:
  • Assess, optimize, and consolidate cloud hosting & server strategy for cost efficiency & performance.
  • Implement scalable, high-availability systems that can support increasing traffic and international growth.
  • Ensure web core vitals perfection to maximize site speed, SEO rankings, and user experience.
• AI & Automation Integration:
  • Lead AI-driven process automation, ensuring maximum efficiency across departments.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for AI optimization & machine learning implementation.
  • Drive & support AI-driven data analytics & reporting tools to improve decision-making.
• Website Performance & Development Efficiency:
  • Oversee front-end and back-end development processes, ensuring efficiency in execution.
  • Optimize and monitor key website parameters such as load speed, uptime, and user experience.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between the IT, Content, and SEO teams for maximum efficiency.
• Data Infrastructure & Integration:
  • Build and maintain a scalable data infrastructure that integrates various analytics, affiliate tracking, and marketing tools.
  • Optimize data flow between platforms, ensuring accurate reporting and real-time tracking.
  • Establish best practices for data security and system reliability.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance Oversight:
  • While not expected to be a cybersecurity expert, the CTO should understand security principles and work with external partners to protect user and business data.
  • Guide the company on DDoS protection, website security audits, and fraud prevention.
• Team Management & Leadership:
  • Assess, restructure, and manage the existing IT team for optimal efficiency.
  • Work closely with the SEO, Content, and Marketing teams to align technology with business goals.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent as needed.

✅ 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles (preferably in iGaming, high-traffic websites, or affiliate marketing).
✅ Full-Stack Developer Background (must be hands-on with coding, infrastructure, and automation).
✅ Mastery of AI & Automation Solutions (must be an expert in AI-driven optimization & workflow automation).
✅ Expert in Infrastructure & Website Performance Optimization (cloud hosting, server management, data flow).
✅ Experience with Large-Scale Website Scalability & Traffic Growth Strategies.
✅ Understanding of Cybersecurity Best Practices (not an expert, but able to guide & oversee security efforts).
