Agent Maintenance (J219)

We are hiring an agent maintenance specialist, primarily responsible for communicating with agents via phone and online channels, maintaining company agents, and ensuring the achievement of personal performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting relevant agency activities offered by industry platforms.
• Managing and formulating agency activities, and gathering and providing feedback on daily issues from channel agents.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis.

• At least 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, preferably in Casino or Crypto sectors.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to track performance metrics.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English Russian or other languages is a plus.
