The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliates, ensuring the success of affiliate programs, and driving growth in affiliate marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
- Onboard new affiliates, provide training, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Identify opportunities for growth within affiliate programs and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging affiliate technologies.
- Report on key metrics and suggest improvements to affiliate programs.
Daily Tasks:
1. Affiliate Relationship Management:
Communicate with affiliates via messaging platforms.
- Provide support to resolve issues or answer queries.
- Engage affiliates to keep them motivated and aligned with company goals.
2. Monitoring Affiliate Performance:
- Review daily performance reports and KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversions, commissions).
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Analyze data from affiliate tracking platforms.
3. Campaign Optimization:
- Adjust affiliate campaigns, offers, and creatives based on performance metrics.
- Coordinate with affiliates to implement changes.
4. Onboarding New Affiliates:
- Coordinate with tech partners for onboarding of new clients and troubleshooting tech issues (no tech background required, just basic understanding).
5. Reporting:
- Prepare daily or weekly reports for internal review.
6. Trend and Competitor Research:
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Research new affiliate or marketing tactics to implement.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking software and marketing platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions and deliver reports.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and performance marketing.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Perfect English.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and stay organized.
- Proficiency in Excel (basic knowledge required)
Daily Time Requirement:
5-8 hours per day (can very based on workload).
The candidate must be fully available during work hours, and sometimes even outside of working hours for emergencies.
- Workday: Monday - Friday. Saturday-Sunday off
