Job Description
Promoting and describing the financial services and products we can offer to potential customers;
Establishing touch with potential customers and developing connections with new clients to boost business volume while ensuring the highest standard of service is provided;
Assisting clients by getting in touch with them to ask follow-up questions or get further information;
Making phone calls to customers to discuss new goods or services, offering continuing support, and making sales.
