About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Specialist/Manager to join our team and drive our crypto casino/Gaming affiliate programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in affiliate marketing, player acquisition, and performance analysis. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and manage long-term affiliate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to acquire high-value players.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier affiliates to expand the company's network.

• Track and analyse KPIs to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, focusing on crypto and iGaming verticals.

• Manage different partnership models (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid).

• Collaborate with SEO, PPC, streamers, and other traffic sources to optimize lead generation.

• Ensure smooth technical setup for affiliates, including tracking, post backs, and reporting.

• Stay ahead of crypto gambling trends, regulatory updates, and market changes.

• At least 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, preferably in Casino or Crypto sectors.

• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, FB Ads, UAC, INAPP, Telegram, YouTube, and CPA networks.

• Proven track record in affiliate recruitment, negotiation, and performance optimization.

• Experience working across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 GEOs, with a focus on Tier 2 markets.

• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to track performance metrics.

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and CRM tools.

• Fluency in English; Russian or other languages is a plus.
