We are looking for a Creative Director to lead multiple creative teams, develop cutting-edge advertising campaigns, and drive social media innovation.
The Creative Director is responsible for overseeing creative advertising, social media, influencer marketing, and streaming strategies. This role requires a hands-on creative leader who can develop high-impact marketing campaigns, optimize content initiatives based on data, and mentor growing creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Advertising & Brand Campaigns:
- Develop and execute conversion-driven creative campaigns (brand awareness and engagement as secondary objectives).
- Lead the Creative Advertising Team (Art + Copy) in producing compelling brand content and growing the portfolio of brands & products.
- Ensure YouTube advertising spots are effectively designed and executed.
- Oversee multiple brands with varying creative tones (serious to playful).
- Social Media & Community Growth:
- Oversee the Social Media Team to drive organic content creation.
- Guide the Social Team in engaging existing casino communities and developing new ones.
- Focus on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and WhatsApp as priority platforms.
- Leverage meme culture and viral engagement tactics to maximize brand visibility.
- Influencer & Streaming Strategy:
- Lead the Influencer Marketing Team to identify and collaborate with micro-influencers in the casino niche.
- Oversee the Streaming Team, primarily focusing on YouTube-based online streams to drive engagement and conversions.
- Content & Campaign Optimization:
- Be actively involved in concept creation and execution, ensuring continuous data-driven optimization.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all creative initiatives align with business objectives.
- Provide strong creative leadership and mentorship to teams in their growth and development.
- Analyze the company’s creative output and propose & drive initiatives meant to increase efficiency, speed & quality (like, but not limited to: integration of generative AI software & solutions, templatization of materials etc)
- Photoshoot Management: oversee the creative conception of all photoshoots, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, identity & editorial themes.
