We are looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer

• Lead the team, support its efficiency, and ensure the execution of plans. 

• Develop and implement strategies that deliver tangible results. 

• Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum performance. 

• Build and maintain partnerships with suppliers. 

• Introduce innovations in the workflow and constantly improve processes. 

Key requirements for this role: 

• Experience in media buying within the dating niche. 

• Practical team management skills. 

• Strong knowledge of key metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, etc.). 

• Excellent analytical abilities. 

• Upper Intermediate level of English. 

• Salary tied to USD. 

• Full-time work, Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule focused on results.
