Affiliate Manager (Remote) - EUROPE

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliates, ensuring the success of affiliate programs, and driving growth in affiliate marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
• - Onboard new affiliates, provide training, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• - Identify opportunities for growth within affiliate programs and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
• - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging affiliate technologies.
• - Report on key metrics and suggest improvements to affiliate programs.

Daily Tasks:

• - Communicate with affiliates via messaging platforms.
• - Provide support to resolve issues or answer queries.
• - Engage affiliates to keep them motivated and aligned with company goals.

• 5-8 hours per day (can very based on workload).
• The candidate must be fully available during work hours, and sometimes even outside of working hours for emergencies.
