● Experience: You bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a strong
focus on the gaming industry and 4 years of experience in leadership roles.
● Leadership: You have a proven track record in achieving commercial objectives, developing
strategic plans, and inspiring teams to perform at a high level.
● Network: You possess a well-developed network within the affiliate marketing and gaming
industries, with extensive experience in building and nurturing valuable business relationships.
● Trend awareness: You closely follow trends and developments in affiliate marketing and the
gaming industry, responding proactively and strategically.
● Entrepreneurial: You have a winning mindset and a proactive approach, effectively seizing
opportunities and viewing challenges as growth potential.
● Resilience: You remain calm under pressure, staying focused on both short- and long-term goals
even in challenging situations.
● Communication Skills: You are an excellent communicator, fluent in English and preferably also
Dutch, skilled at persuading and inspiring both internal and external stakeholders
