Affiliate Manager – Gambling Network (UA-RU speaker) J114

Our company  seeking a
motivated and detail-oriented Junior Affiliate Manager. This role
is ideal for someone with a background in gambling affiliate networks who is eager to grow
in a dynamic environment and help drive success across our affiliate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and optimize relationships with existing and new gambling affiliates
to drive traffic and increase revenue.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate accounts and maximize profitability.
• Use your contact base of gambling affiliates to establish strong partnerships,
enhancing both reach and performance.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign
execution and timely issue resolution.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance data, providing actionable insights for
optimization.
• Contribute ideas for improvement and collaborate on strategies to stay ahead in a
competitive market.

Requirements:
• Experience in a gambling affiliate network, with proven results in managing and
growing affiliate relationships.
• Language Skills: English (B1 or higher); proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian is a strong
plus.
• Affiliate Contacts: An established contact base within the gambling affiliate industry
is essential.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working remotely, with an interest in relocating to Georgia
after the initial trial period.

Compensation:
• Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 per month (fixed), plus a competitive percentage of the
profits driven by your efforts.
