Key Responsibilities:
● Social Media Management: Oversee all aspects of company's social media presence, including content scheduling, platform optimization, and audience analysis to ensure effective engagement across channels.
● Brand Awareness: Implement strategies to create buzz around company’s offerings, enhancing organic reach and engagement through innovative campaigns.
● Content Creation (incl.UGC) and Distribution: Develop, curate, and share compelling content related to product features, ad tracking solutions, and industry insights across various social media platforms.
● Community Engagement: Foster relationships with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner to build a loyal community around the brand.
● Influencer Relations Management: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant influencers in the digital marketing and advertising space. Collaborate on campaigns that promote company’s solutions and expand brand reach.
● Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and product launches.
● Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.

Our client is seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager to enhance our online presence and drive organic brand awareness through strategic content sharing and distribution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, particularly in the realm of ad tracking solutions, and will possess a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience (paid ads specialists, media buyers, ecommerce).

● Experience: Proven experience of at least 2 years in social media management, preferably within the tech or advertising sector (SaaS, B2B startups with a focus on SMB)
● Skills: Strong writing and communication skills with a creative mindset; proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. English language command close to the level of native speaker is a must.
