Affiliate Manager (Remote) - J135

Our client is an élite club of multi vertical media buyers with proprietary Network. The in-house team – highly trained, fast and international – is the mobile department capable of helping the club anytime, anywhere.
Affpal HR is one of the leading HR Agencies in the performance marketing space. We run ourselfs since 15 years affiliate programs, train account managers and have an international team with best connections toward employers and candidates. 

● Managing and developing the company’s affiliate network, identifying new opportunities,
and establishing collaborative relationships with new partners;
● Monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing data, and providing reports on key
metrics such as generated traffic, conversions, and revenue;
● Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, graphics, and product
development, to provide promotional materials, tracking tools, and technical
support to affiliates;
● Negotiating and managing contracts, commissions, and payments with affiliates;
● Providing advice and support to affiliates, answering their questions, offering
recommendations, and resolving any issues;
● Staying updated on the latest trends in the affiliate sector and proposing new
ideas and initiatives to improve the company’s affiliate activities;
● Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and guidelines by
affiliates;
● Identifying growth opportunities and collaboration with key affiliates to maximize
results.

● Proven experience of at least 3 years in the fields of affiliation, advertising,
marketing, sales, or similar;
● In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and customer acquisition strategies;
● Data analysis skills and proficiency in using performance monitoring and analysis
tools;
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
● Results-oriented with a focus on maximizing affiliate revenue;
● Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level);
● Ability to manage complex projects and work independently;
● Knowledge of trends and best practices in the affiliate sector;
● Familiarity with major affiliate networks and their platforms;
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
● Knowledge of major online traffic sources, including Meta, Google, and TikTok ads;
● Possession of an active VAT number.
