Our client is a marketing agency with two main projects: Media Buying and Affiliate Network, which specialises in affiliate programmes in the Dating industry.

They are looking for a proactive, persistent and sociable Affiliate Manager.

• Affpal HR is one of the leading HR Agencies in the performance marketing space. We run ourself since 15 years affiliate programs, train account managers and have a international team with best connections towards employers and candidates.

Requirements:

• At least 1.5 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager; •

• Experience in the Dating niche;

• Basic understanding of the main sources of traffic (FB, Email, Member area, Google - both the features of the flow and the features of quality);

• Experience with API traffic will be a plus;

• English language level not lower than B2;

• Strong communication skills;

• Ability to work with a large amount of information;

• Proactivity, responsibility and result orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Search for new partners and new channels of engagement; •

• Maintaining and building long-term relationships with partners;

• Concluding profitable deals on a Win-Win basis;

• Tracking traffic flow, performance and indicators;

• Building and processing analytical data/reports;

• Generating new ideas to drive the project.
