How you support our team
- You are responsible for the management and strategic development of our enterprise affiliate programmes
- You expand our international affiliate programmes in over 20 countries
- You are responsible for the operational management of our accounts, including publisher acquisition and campaign planning
- You calculate and implement commission and revenue models
- You analyse publishers for possible fraud methods
- You work closely with our software development team and are responsible for the coordination and technical implementation
- You carry out analyses and monitorings as well as regular reporting of relevant KPIs
- You derive recommendations for action and optimisation proposals

What sets you apart
- You have solid experience in affiliate marketing
- Knowledge and skills in using 3rd party tools, Awin, Google Analytics, Excel as well as understanding of tracking options & attribution of marketing channels
- You have good negotiation skills and a high interest in direct communication with our publishers
- You are able to independently establish an affiliate program for international domains
- You have a good knowledge of the most important marketing KPIs, the ability to set goals and formulate a strategy to achieve them
- You are characterized by strategic, independent and entrepreneurial thinking
- You bring a quick grasp as well as an affinity for analytical processes and numbers and can communicate the results in an understandable way
- You can communicate in German and English
- Ideally, you have gained initial experience in working with various networks, including international networks
