Affiliate Manager (Dating)

Our client currently looking for an experience Affiliate Manager specializing in the Dating Vertical, offering freedom to make decisions and bring their innovative ideas to life. 

• Affpal HR is one of the leading HR Agencies in the performance marketing space. We run ourself since 15 years affiliate programs, train account managers and have a international team with best connections towards employers and candidates.

-The main focus of this role includes Recruiting and onboarding new affiliates from your DataBase.

-Searching for new publishers, establishing relationships,  setuping accounts and further monitoring performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

-Develop and expand new affiliates Fulfill monthly personal LPIs.

-Regularly review affiliate performances Development of long-term partnership relations with clients.

-Collaborate with the Performance team to achieve better results for your publisher's portfolio. 

-Monitor incoming optimizations from advertisers.

-Payment process reporting and controlling through collaboration with the finance team.
