Responsibilities:

- Manage the team for Creation, launch, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (mainly), and eventually ppc.

- Advanced configuration of tracking systems like Keitaro.

- In-depth implementation and management of pixels from traffic sources.

- Data processing and analysis using Google Sheets, incorporating complex formulas
and additional tools.

- Optimization of content advertising to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.

- Advanced interpretation of advertising campaign data, providing insights and
strategies for future improvements.

- Management and leadership of a multicultural team, effectively communicating in
English. The use of Russian/Ukrainian language is a big plus.

- Practical and in-depth knowledge of app-install campaigns for iGaming traffic on
Meta.
