Join our Berlin team as a Performance Marketing Manager and help us change the way language learning is done!

As a Display Performance Marketing Manager you will join a team of highly driven, ambitious, collaborative, analytical and passionate Performance Marketers. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, deploying and scaling cost-effective campaigns across various channels, strategically developing new ways to promote our language learning product with a special focus on the English speaking (non-US) and Nordic markets. 

 

You are:

  • a competent hands-on marketer who is able to work independently and is experienced with the major display and affiliate channels
  • a self-driven and flexible problem solver with a highly collaborative approach
  • proactive in taking ownership of different projects and driving them to success

You will:

  • be responsible for new partner acquisition and maintenance of long-term new and existing cooperations
  • implement paid advertising campaigns through various display and affiliate channels to drive customer acquisition in English speaking markets across the world
  • plan and coordinate high media spending across various display and affiliate channels
  • continuously and rigorously A/B test creatives and optimize on conversion rates to improve ROAS, plus share meaningful insights to the wider team

Requirements

You have:

  • 2 years of experience in Performance marketing, with the strong focus on Affiliate and Direct Email Marketing channels, Native Ads (i.g. Taboola, Outbrain, Yahoo) knowledge is a plus
  • excellent English skills (other languages are a plus, but not a must have)
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset 

Nice to have:

  • experience working with a subscription service or a mobile app product
  • experience with English-speaking markets 
  • strong planning / project management skills, as well as experience with a multiple stakeholder management
  • good analytical skills, previous experience working with Excel/Tableau
