UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is now looking for Digital Marketing Manager who is interested to be a part of our Digital Marketing Team to develop and execute digital marketing strategy (digital media, social platform, etc.) to achieve business & brand objectives.



  • Initiate digital marketing strategy to achieve goals. Implement, monitor, flexibly adjust the plan to achieve KPIs.
  • Develop digital media strategy, manage and oversee various digital marketing channels and all the company's social media accounts; Facebook, Line, Instagram, Youtube and Influencers.
  • Create content marketing strategy. Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
  • Drive UNIQLO website content for all store perspective & performance link with EC sales target achievement
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget effectively
  • Working closely with Global Digital Marketing team, Product Marketing team, Site Planning / E-commerce Team, and other related departments and agencies to ensure executions of social media campaigns and UNIQLO products are well communicated at all touch point
  • Lead, supervise and motivate team members of the digital marketing team 
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Excellent command both Thai and English (Japanese is a plus)
  • Over 7 years experiences in digital marketing with proven track record of achievement and with over 2 years of team management.
  • Having knowledge and experience in SEO & SEM marketing principle, Online PR, Online Advertising, campaign-based online activity to reach online KPI factors or techniques or others
  • In depth knowledge of current and upcoming online sale & marketing strategies and techniques through practical application
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, enthusiastic, process oriented with logical thinking
  • Coaching skill, presentation skill, negotiation skill, in depth knowledge of business management, creative and consumer focused interactive tools
  • Working experience in retail or FMCG business will be highly considered
  • Strong passion in marketing with high flexibility and good EQ
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Be enthusiastic, open-minded with willingness to learn new things and changes
  • Desire to work for a global customer centric, fast moving, and result-oriented company
