Position Summary
We are looking for an action-oriented and confident Affiliate Manager to join Lido Labs, a direct online advertiser. The right candidate will have an instinctive ability to win, balanced by a commitment to excellence. This dedicated leader will grow and control all affiliate marketing operations and will be an intelligent and resourceful leader with excellent people skills, business acumen, resilience, and an exemplary work ethic. The ideal individual will also be consistent in the Marketing Process.


Responsibilities

  • Accountable for daily affiliate marketing operations and decisively resolving affiliate issues, assuring affiliates receive excellent communication and problem resolution
  • Accountable for maintaining consistent affiliate traffic budgets for new and existing marketing affiliates
  • Accountable for prospecting and growing the company’s active marketing affiliate relationships
  • Accountable for intelligent collaboration and staying on the same page with the Marketing Director
  • Accountable for excellent leadership and management of the Affiliate Support administrative staff; holding direct reports accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments in the designated timeframe.
  • Accountable for maintaining consistent quality traffic standards by creating and reviewing affiliate traffic reports to stay consistently informed
  • Accountable for managing unforeseen issues and setbacks with affiliates and/or affiliate traffic; employing a commitment to minimize the effects of failure (regardless of fault) through resilience and decisiveness.
  • Accountable for creating, maintaining, and updating affiliate marketing process documentation

Requirements

  • Excellent (verifiable) results as a successful online marketing Affiliate Manager, Business Development Representative, or a similarly relevant role
  • Experience growing and managing a high performing affiliate marketing channel for lead generation and/or ecommerce products
  • Adept at the art of “deal making”. A history of finding an opportunity through intelligence that others miss.
  • Extensive experience with data driven decision making and problem solving. A commitment to measurement before motion.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead and motivate support and administrative staff effectively. A history of successful teamwork.
  • Technical proficiency and experience in using URL tracking platforms, compliance tools, and CRM software to manage affiliates and affiliate traffic
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
