The Media Manager, Affiliate is responsible for planning, optimizing, and reporting on programs to meet and surpass the clients’ success metrics, while also supporting the team where needed with other projects and planning. Ideally the candidate would understand the fundamentals of Affiliate Marketing and the different platforms associated therein, however, the most important candidate attribute is a willingness to learn and passion for personal growth.



  • Manages the day-to-day Affiliate Program execution, including creation of new assets and optimization of current ones. Understands tactical operations and levers to achieve success for the account.
  • Owns all aspects of Program management from the initial planning, publisher relationships, utilization of 3rd party tools/resources, to building out reporting templates and optimizations.
  • Is able to create ad hoc reporting and deliver insights on data results.
  • Manages monthly budgets, effectively optimizing for performance.
  • Responsible for billing reconciliation management.
  • Evaluates provided proposals and makes initial recommendations.
  • Negotiate paid opportunities and exclusive offers
  • Actively recruit new affiliates and optimize existing relationships
  • Provide reporting based on KPIs and success metrics
  • Proven experience fostering and growing relationships into long term partnerships, emphasizing the importance of value-added service
  • Generate more profitable production out of existing affiliates
  • Confident, outgoing and persistent with follow-ups

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1- 2 years in Affiliate preferred
  • 1+ years using Impact Radius a must. 
  • Experience with retail accounts, preferred.
  • Significant Microsoft Excel experience, as well as PowerPoint knowledge required Client facing and well organized
