Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team building media campaigns across Programmatic and Paid Search, including setting goals / guardrails, forecasting, strategy and campaign development, execution, optimization and measurement

  • Serve as a thought partner to the Brand teams to develop their performance marketing campaign strategies, and with performance marketing team to prioritize high quality execution

  • Translate between optimizations and business objectives to communicate across teams and to leadership

  • Synthesize detailed data into actionable insights and recommendations towards the overall business

  • Ability to train junior level employees regarding paid search capability, programmatic marketing capability, and executional tactics

  • Provides thought leadership to organization on ever-changing media buying landscape

  • Lead analytics-driven marketing planning, brand strategy, budgeting decisions while enabling a rapid test>learn>scale approach

  • Maintains healthy relationships with technology, analytics and media partners

Requirements

Key Skills 

  • Strong writing skills – Attention to correct mechanics and grammar are a must

  • Exhibits accountability for the measurable success of programs

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint - in particular, Excel

  • Passion for technology, marketing and its influence on consumer behavior

  • Ability to communicate to clients regarding media campaign success and suggested changes

  • Strong communication, time management and analytical skills

  • Must be detail-oriented, very organized, a multi-tasker and able to work well under pressure

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Must possess 6+ years of experience running paid media campaigns (programmatic, search, or ideally both), 2+ years in a supervisory / management capacity
  • Experience in building strategy and executing on Google Marketing Platform, including

            Google Analytics, DV360, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, etc.
 Education and Certification

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
