Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, this position will directly impact marketing acquisition and have an immediate impact in growing the market share. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in Affiliate/Partner marketing with experience in other digital channels.  

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive all aspects of affiliate relationships including selection and development, enablement, affiliate marketing and solution development

  • Onboard and establish new affiliates/partners by negotiating deals and developing offers

  • Build long-term relationships with affiliates across hierarchies and functions

  • Very data-driven. Oversee the implementation of in-house affiliate program, ensure accurate tracking, updating of funnels to controls and running A/B tests

  • Take responsibility for leading the affiliates program and delivering revenue KPIs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Affiliate partnerships; driving revenue and participation in consumer-facing business  (preferably in hospitality/travel)

  • Deep understanding of the marketing mix for B2B

  • Experience managing Content Syndication networks

  • Exceptional interpersonal & analytic skills

  • Working knowledge of API integration with Affiliates

  • Experience with other digital marketing channels such as SEM, Display, and Social

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, required.
