This person will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing highly targeted digital media campaigns that generate positive ROI. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in Google Adwords, Bing ads, Yahoo, Yandex and partnerships


  • Develop, launch, and optimize display and text campaigns on: Google, Bing, Yahoo..etc.
  • Source new advertising networks and desktop traffic sources
  • Interface with design teams to create, test, and deploy effective banner creative and copy
  • Landing page consulting, testing, and optimization
  • Report and communicate results to the board a weekly, monthly, and as needed basis
  • Negotiate direct ad buys
  • A/B test creatives, copy, and landing page

Use Google Analytics and other SEM tools (SEM Rush, SpyFu) to track and optimize performance.

Mid-Senior Level


  • Strong experience in SEM (Google Adwords, Bings Ads and Search Advertising is a must)
  • Fluent English. Other languages will be a plus
  • Perfect knowledge of the different pricing models: CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.
  • Must have a financial & analytical background and ability to interpret & present large amounts of data
  • Good Excel Skills
  • Independent and fast learner
