THE ICONIC is looking for a Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Customer Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Paid Performance Marketing, this person will work closely with other members of the marketing team and collaborate with other internal teams to help achieve business goals. We’re looking for someone who is relationship focused, strategic and really passionate about digital marketing. This role requires an in-depth understanding of affiliate marketing management.

About the Position:

  • Define the strategic direction of the affiliate marketing channel at THE ICONIC
  • Managing / coaching a direct report
  • Execute daily tasks and projects required to achieve strategic objectives and goals for the channel
  • Overall management & responsibility of the Affiliate channel including relationship management, campaign performance and exploring new 
    opportunities with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ongoing collaboration with internal planning teams working on Affiliate promotions & offers for publishers.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use data to shape strategy
  • Achieve revenue goals and hit KPIs for the channel as well as contribute strongly to business growth
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts as well as commission packages for new and existing partners
  • Keep working towards improving efficiency for the channel
  • Report on key metrics and provide important data driven insights for the business
  • Work closely with other teams like category management and partnerships to provide insights and information that will empower them to make better decisions for the business
  • Feed into our influencer marketing strategy
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing

Requirements

  • Strong affiliate marketing background, with at least 3-4 years of experience working across digital marketing channels
  • The ability to recruit and develop affiliate relationships with a focus on hitting revenue goals and other business KPIs
  • Someone who can shape our partner landscape and thinks outside of the box
  • Strategic thinking that positions THE ICONIC as a leading retailer in the affiliates space
  • Team management experience
  • The ability to work in cross functional teams
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify opportunities and areas for improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenue and ROI
  • Collaborate with the wider Paid Performance and Partnerships teams
  • Outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about marketing and a keen follower or current trends in the industry
  • Someone comfortable using data to help shape strategy
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and willingness to learn new things with a positive attitude
  • Have a history of being a self-starter and a great work ethic

Bonus but not Necessary Skills:

  • Interest in fashion and online retail
  • Knowledge and experience of working with web and app analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Understanding of Paid Performance marketing
  • Experience working with multiple affiliate networks
