We are looking for a happy, talented, motivated, digital savvy and emotionally intelligent ROCKSTAR who seeks to be part of the Mochileros Digitales Project Team at WePlann. In this role you will prospect travel bloggers and engage proactively with our partners to ensure their growth, optimize their blog and content, as well as taking part in strategy meetings to improve our Mochileros Digitales Project.

Who is WePlann?

WePlann is an e-commerce startup that makes it easy to discover and book tickets to musicals, tours, theme parks, and various attractions throughout the best destination cities in the United States, Europe, and Mexico.

Primary Function: You will be responsible for qualifying new leadsonboarding bloggers and influencers, as well as implementing digital marketing best practices to help Mochileros Digitales drive traffic and sales to WePlann.


  • Serve as a leading customer advocate for WePlann’s Spanish blogger and influencer relationships.
  • Educate, train and support bloggers and influencers on digital marketing best practices, including user experience, web traffic and SEO optimization to help bloggers increase traffic and sales.
  • Demonstrate an expert capability of analyzing digital data and metrics from Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram insights and other similar tools.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively demo WePlann's product to new Mochileros Digitales
  • Spearhead Mochileros Digitales onboarding and implementation efforts
  • Develop custom onboarding and ongoing strategies based on the needs/opportunities presented by each Mochilero
  • Regularly communicate with bloggers and influencers through newsletters, product offerings, deal updates, and other creative content
  • Monitor and coordinate sales reports with the product team to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Troubleshoot issues, escalate where needed, and follow up promptly to ensure client expectations are exceeded
  • Solicit and share customer feedback to assist with product development
  • Efficiently coordinate with other team members from the Content, Design, Social Media and Marketing Intelligence Teams to ensure that the strategies and campaigns are aligned with WePlann’s business goals.

  • Happy, talented, motivated, digital savvy and emotionally intelligent.
  • Must be able to work independently and consistently exercise critical thinking.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience (e.g. managed social media campaigns, SEO for e-commerce sites, analytics and/or digital growth hacking at scale).
  • Knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook and Instagram) and SEO
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or affiliate marketing programs is a plus
  • Skills: Interpersonal, organizational, communication and monitoring; time management
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a portfolio of accounts and meet deadlines
  • Computer literacy; proficient in Excel , Google Apps, and CRM tools
  • Languages:
  1. English: Fluent
  2. Spanish: Native
  3. Portuguese: Desirable
  • Prior experience as a travel
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and/or the tourism industry a plus
