Description

As the Growth Manager, you will be a key player on the Pip’s Island marketing team.  You will be responsible for the coordination, implementation and flawless execution of all interactive and digital marketing initiatives for the Pip’s Island live theatrical experience, retail merchandise, and special events.  You will have one question in mind: how can I sell more Pip’s Island tickets?

To answer this question, you will work closely with internal and external team members to plan, execute, and deliver campaigns and programs across SEO/Local, SEM, email, affiliate, social, video and display advertising. You will communicate the results of campaigns by implementing and running web analytics tools and developing dashboards that show campaign performance and overall site metrics.  To maximize our potential, you will also devise new ideas for digital marketing campaigns, test them, and scale up the successful ones.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all digital marketing campaigns

  • Manage, monitor, and improve our existing paid marketing channels, including Facebook Instagram, YouTube and Google Ads

  • Meet acquisition, budget, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets

 

Manage external resources in support of assigned projects

 

Coordinate with production, corporate, executive, front-of-house, PR and HR functions

Manage and optimize campaign performance, budgets, and reporting

  • Manage web analytics and reporting tools; implement and manage web traffic, performance and campaign dashboards and reporting

  • Oversee digital advertising budgets and schedules, regularly re-allocating budgets to favor performing campaigns and retire non-performers

  • Ensure adherence to all corporate and departmental guidelines

  • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all projects

Generate and test new marketing strategies

  • Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations to optimize existing campaigns and identify new opportunities; source, introduce, and test other digital advertising channels

  • Generate, test, and execute different creative ad strategies and messaging to stand out in a crowded, competitive marketplace

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and/ or experience; preference given to candidates with experience selling live events, theater or musical performance

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, especially with the Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad platforms

  • In-depth experience with Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel, you're a power user - Mixpanel and Google Data Studio experience are great, too!

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, YouTube, and WordPress. Basic HTML, SQL and PHP skills are a plus

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Proven self-starter who can identify new opportunities, develop strategies to drive growth, and push projects forward

  • Experience with Adobe Creative suite is a plus

  • Excellent communicator who can interact at all levels of the organization
