Your Role:

  • Manage tracking, reporting, and analysis to draw insights and continually optimize campaigns for top advertisers in mobile space
  • Analyze campaign data and develop tactics and strategies to continue scaling spend and improving performance
  • Generate best practices for turning innovative ad formats into success
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate acquisition needs, such as ad creative, product features, data analytics improvements
  • Collaborate with our BI, Product and tech teams to ensure we have the best possible optimization tools and reports
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve and optimize campaigns towards our target KPIs

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills (need to love numbers)
  • Campaign optimization experience in mobile or desktop ad tech - DSP (1-2 years)
  • Understanding of main metrics of mobile advertising
  • Knowledge of mobile app tracking and app engagement measurement
  • Able to thrive in a data-driven business environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Strong attention to details
  • Team player
  • Flexibility, openness, capacity to take initiatives and take up on challenges
  • Ability to work under pressure
